PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The automatic laser welding machine shall be used for welding stainless steel, gold, silver, iron, aluminum, alloy, steel, diamond equivalent materials or dissimilar materials, and is widely used in sensors, mobile phone batteries, high-end sanitary ware, medical equipment, craft gifts, clocks, electronic components, precision machinery, electronic communications and other industries.
※ The machine can complete automatic or semi-automatic spot welding, butt welding, overlap welding and seal welding through computer programming, aiming at welding of complex plane lines, arcs and arbitrary tracks; ※ The weld quality is high, smooth and beautiful, and there is no air hole: the laser welding machine can be used at a welding frequency of 1-200Hz, and the linear speed can reach 18mm/s, greatly improving the welding efficiency and weld quality;
※ Equipped with four-dimensional ball screw worktable, imported servo control system, optional rotary worktable, which can weld cylindrical objects and objects of various shapes;
※ Good toughness of material after welding: at least equivalent to parent material; ※ Arbitrary adjustment of current waveform: different waveforms can be set according to different welding materials to match the welding parameters with the welding requirements, so as to achieve the best welding effect.
